Shipping & Processing (US Only) --- Free Shipping!!!
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because we work with third-party suppliers, processing times may vary by product and supplier.
Shipping time
Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 5–15 business days after an order ships, depending on the supplier, carrier, and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or supplier logistics.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by item and supplier.
Tracking
If tracking is provided by the supplier, we’ll email it once your order ships. Items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.
Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Returns & Refunds
Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns are subject to the individual supplier’s return rules.
Non-returnable items
Some items may be non-returnable, including final sale items, gift cards, digital products, personalized items, and items marked non-returnable by the supplier.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@wmtrend.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with the supplier to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, as applicable).
Return shipping & fees
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged/defective/incorrect. Some suppliers may charge restocking or return handling fees—if applicable, these will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once the supplier confirms the return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
