Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@wmtrend.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with the supplier to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, as applicable).
Return shipping & fees
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged/defective/incorrect. Some suppliers may charge restocking or return handling fees—if applicable, these will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
