Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@wmtrend.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with the supplier to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, as applicable).

Return shipping & fees

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged/defective/incorrect. Some suppliers may charge restocking or return handling fees—if applicable, these will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once the supplier confirms the return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
